Alligator-meat Burgers
Numerous lives are lost every year due to various diseases like cancers and heart-failures.
Beef, pork and mutton are the major cause of such diseases. However, consumption of alligator (or crocodile) meat will increase the lifespan of people who are addicted to meat. Although, alligator or crocodile hunting is banned in some places, public demand will force authorities to lift the ban.
Tofu (soybean), baked-fish or omega-3 eggs (mushroom-omelette) are a better alternative to meats.
However, meat is not the only cause for deaths and diseases.
Contrary to popular belief, regular consumption of mineral-water is harmful to health. But occasional drinking of mineral-water is not detrimental.
Microwaving or steaming vegetables (instead of boiling) also prevents cancers and reverses the aging process.
Avoiding carbohydrate-rich foods (like rice, pasta and white-bread) also prolongs lifespan.
Foods with high glycaemic-index usually produce more free-radicals (which weaken our cells).
Avoid sugar and sugary-drinks as much as possible. Substitute sugar with honey (any type) in your cooking.
Taking artificial nutritional-supplements damages the liver and kidneys in the long run and actually shorten lifespan.
Deep and slow breathing also prolongs lifespan as it produces less free-radicals in our body.
Keeping the backbone healthy (by visiting a chiropractioner regularly) also prevents old-age diseases like Alzheimers and Parkinsons.
If possible, sleep on a firm mattress without a pillow (with your face either facing upwards towards the ceiling or downwards towards the floor but never sleep sideways). This will keep your backbone strong and healthy and will eliminate any future diseases like paralysis or strokes.
