In modern time most of us has bitter experience for unwanted high volume of sound. This may be due to TV, Music system, Machinary or construction work etc.. I want to give a idea that " There should be some device by which we can control the volume of external sound according to our need. This should be such that we can fit it on outer part of ear so that if a sound distrub us, we can reduce the volume." This will be a great help to society for deep sleeping and protection of many deseases caused by noise pollution. Same time we can control our bad emotions generated through unplease talks etc. It will also be useful for meditation.
