With the availability of entire medical articles online, I am surprised that it is still difficult to perform a search of the literature. Currently, when doing a search through Ovid or PubMed you can search for title or keywords in the abstract. But sometimes this is not easy.
Pub Med and Ovid shouls team up with Google to improve the ability to search every word in every article.
Therefore if I search for the words aortoenteric mortality it will find all the articles that has those specific words. With the current keyword and title search you have to read thousands of articles to find the specif mortalty rates.
