The only diet that works is the low carb diet. By decreasing the release of insulin less of the food is stored as fat. I think if a company only served fast food low carb food it would be very popular. Restaurants such as McDonlads and Wendy's and Subwat shoud try pure low carb menues where they strip all the bread and serve more of the meats. Ideally, there should be an entire low carb fast food chain that would only serve low carb and would prevent tempting people with soft drinks and dessert.
